Lodha came to us with a monumental project – the opportunity to launch a new city. Planned by global experts, the city was replete with many futuristic features; each campaign worthy. Faced with a city-sized brief, we decided to focus on the core of what this city offered: an abundance of opportunities. The project was launched as ‘the city of opportunity’ and christened Palava – inspired by 'pallav', the Sanskrit word for a budding flower – perfect for a city that helped you flourish like no other. The result: over Rs.1,000 crores in real estate sales, and over 4,000 families moving to Palava within a month of its launch.
